AMEE at Smart City Expo Casablanca

The Moroccan Agency for Energy Efficiency participated in the 3rd edition of the Smart City Expo in Casablanca, held from 18 to 20 April at the Hyatt Regency under the theme "Cities to live and citizen innovation"

The idea behind this theme is to present the innovations and global achievements in Smart Cities and urban planning, whether in terms of digital infrastructure, civil engineering or animation. The aim is to present safe city models where digital devices are put in place to reinforce security in the city, but also collaborative cities that encourage social and cultural innovation, to stimulate ownership and attractiveness. territory.

For its 3rd edition, the Smart City Expo brings together public administrations, researchers and academics, experts and companies specializing in urban development around the world. It is the unmissable meeting of institutions and companies to share knowledge and exchange best practices to build innovative urban policies.

As part of this exhibition, the AMEE participated with a booth open to visitors to present its activities in energy efficiency in different sectors and mainly in cities (public buildings, mobility, energy recovery of waste, public lighting. ..). This event was an opportunity to meet international partners in the sector and to build public and private partnerships.
